1. The alcohol precipitation tank is a sedimentation-type solid-liquid phase separation device, suitable for alcohol precipitation processes in industries such as traditional Chinese medicine oral liquids, food, and health products.

2. The entire equipment is made of stainless steel, with a jacket that allows for low-temperature cooling water flow, and includes a stirring and transmission device. The inner surface of the equipment is mirror-polished, and the outer surface is matte-finished.

▎Equipment Features

For concentrated water extracts of traditional Chinese medicine (generally with a specific gravity of around 1.2), non-alcohol-soluble starches and proteins are removed. Alcohol is added to prepare a liquid with a specific alcohol content. Solid-liquid separation is then performed at room temperature, preferably at low temperature, through freeze-sedimentation to improve the purity and clarity of the extract, thereby improving product quality. The concentrated extract and alcohol are added according to the process requirements in their respective proportions, and the cooling water is turned on. The mixture is stirred until it reaches the required temperature, then stirring is stopped, and cooling water continues to flow through the jacket to maintain the required liquid temperature. After sedimentation is complete, the supernatant discharge valve is opened to release the material.
