1. This equipment is a long, narrow stainless steel column, usable under both negative and positive pressure.

2. Main system components: platform, column, filtration system, process inlets.

3. Column specifications: diameter Ф200~1000mm, height customizable, working pressure ≦0.3Mpa.

4. Upper and lower end flange connection, internal filtration device using stainless steel filter screen or stainless steel water cap.

5. Filtration accuracy: 100-400 mesh.

6. Material: 304/316L stainless steel.

7. The column is equipped with resin inlet/outlet, sight glass, and liquid inlet/outlet ports.

8. Operation generally consists of three main steps: sample loading, elution, and regeneration.

9. Applications of chromatography columns: Suitable for the purification and separation of materials in traditional Chinese medicine, food, and chemical industries.
