3. Automated Concentration: Automated control over feeding, vacuum degree, temperature, liquid level, density, condensate discharge, and CIP cleaning.

2. Mainly composed of an extraction tank, demister, condenser, cooler, and oil-water separator, made of 304 or 316L stainless steel.
3. Top-opening design with a pneumatic door opening device for convenience and reliability. Jacketed steam heating and external insulation; built-in stainless steel basket; material is loaded into the basket and lifted into the tank by a crane for extraction; after extraction, it is lifted out to discharge residue.
4. This equipment is suitable for extracting raw materials that are prone to gelatinization and clogging. Temperature and pressure can be controlled within the tank; it can withstand high temperatures and pressures, with short extraction times and high efficiency.
