▎Working Principle

Percolation is an maceration extraction method where solvent is continuously added to the medicinal materials, allowing the solvent to penetrate the material layer from top to bottom, dissolving a large amount of soluble substances, and the extract flows out from the bottom outlet.

▎Technical Features

1. This equipment adopts a vertical hanging lug support and a cylindrical or conical structure. It consists of an upper end cap, cylinder, cone, and pneumatic slag discharge door, featuring uniform solvent distribution and convenient slag discharge.

2. A reasonable diameter-to-height ratio ensures higher extraction efficiency.

3. The tank body is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant.

4. Controlled inlet and outlet flow rates ensure production efficiency.

5. The inner surface of the tank is mirror-polished, and the outer surface is frosted.

6. A manhole at the top of the tank facilitates material feeding.

7. A pneumatic slag discharge port at the bottom, equipped with a filter device, effectively separates the medicinal liquid from the slag. 

8. Heating jackets can be designed according to user needs, resulting in higher efficiency for constant temperature extraction.
