This experimental plant essential oil extraction equipment is ideal for use in laboratories and R&D departments of universities, research institutes, and enterprises, as well as for small-batch, multi-variety production in pharmaceutical factories.

 

Equipment Features

1. This equipment utilizes steam distillation to extract materials through either hydrothermal or co-hydrothermal distillation.

2. This equipment was developed and manufactured by our company based on classic essential oil extraction processes, combined with an advanced automated control system. It features a reasonable structural design and superior performance. Operation is simple and flexible; one person can easily complete the entire production process.

3. The equipment uses heat transfer oil or steam for heating, achieving a high temperature of 100℃ relatively quickly while ensuring cleanliness and safety.

4. The equipment features a uniquely designed condenser with excellent condensation effect. A specially structured oil-water separator facilitates the separation and collection of essential oils.

5. The equipment has an internal distillation basket for holding the extract, with a top-opening design for easy loading and unloading.

6. Equipment volume ranges from 100L to 6000L, customized according to user requirements.

7. The inner surface is mirror-polished, and the outer surface is frosted.

8. 304 or 316L stainless steel is available as a choice.
