The crystallization tank is a crystallization device where materials are mixed and reacted, and then rapidly cooled by circulating a refrigerant through the jacket. Its key aspects lie in the size of the jacket area, the structure of the agitator and the material outlet method, the mirror polishing of the tank interior, and the requirement for thorough cleaning of the tank interior to meet the process requirements.

 

Technical Features

1. Constructed of 316L/304 stainless steel, the inner surface of the tank is mirror polished, and the outer surface features a fully welded structure with insulation and a matte finish.

2. A 0.22μm hydrophobic vent filter is installed on the tank body, capable of withstanding high-temperature sterilization at 121°C.

3. The crystallization tank uses a sanitary quick-opening interface. It is equipped with a thermometer, sight glass, sight glass, cleaning ball, and nitrogen inlet.

4. The shaft seal uses a special sanitary mechanical seal to ensure that the material is not contaminated.

5. The crystallization tank uses a frame-type agitator to increase the heat exchange area and improve heat exchange efficiency. Variable frequency speed control is used, with a wide speed adjustment range, ensuring uniform stirring and uniform crystal formation.

6. Steam or refrigerant can be circulated into the jacket of the crystallizer to maintain the material at the optimal temperature, offering advantages such as high efficiency and convenient operation.

7. Crystallizers are available in various sizes from 100L to 10000L, and can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
