▎Working Principle
The material is added from the top of the heater and evenly distributed into each heat exchange tube by the distributor. Under the combined action of gravity, vacuum induction, and airflow, the liquid forms a uniform film and flows downwards. During the flow, it is heated by the saturated steam in the shell side. The resulting secondary steam and liquid enter the separation chamber together, where the vapor and liquid are fully separated. The secondary steam enters the next effect heater as a heat source, thus achieving multi-effect falling film operation.

1. The material residence time in the heating tube is very short, making it particularly suitable for the evaporation and concentration of heat-sensitive materials and materials with low concentrations that are not easily crystallized. Continuous feeding and discharging are possible.
2. The evaporation temperature is relatively low, and the number of effects can be selected according to customer requirements.
3. Control method: Manual or fully automatic control.
4. Falling film evaporation results in minimal temperature difference loss and maintains a high heat transfer coefficient even under small temperature differences, easily enabling multi-effect operation and thus reducing steam consumption.
