Stainless steel mixing tanks are representative of general-purpose containers, playing a role in material preparation and reaction in production. They are typically arranged in multiple parallel units, can be used individually, and can be designed as mobile units.

1. Volume: 50L-10000L, etc.

2. Heating methods: Electric heating, hot water heating, steam heating.

3. Temperature control: Temperature is measured and controlled using thermocouples connected to a temperature controller, and the material temperature can be adjusted.

4. Surface treatment: Mirror polished inner surface, frosted outer surface.

5. Insulation material: Rock wool or polyurethane foam is used to maintain the temperature difference with the outside environment, achieving heat insulation.

6. Agitation device: Top mechanical agitator, agitation speed: 0-120r/min (fixed speed or frequency conversion speed regulation), agitator type: frame type, anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc.

7. Material: SUS304 or SUS316L.

8. All inlet and outlet process openings and welded joints with the inner tank body utilize a flanged, rounded transition, resulting in a smooth, easy-to-clean surface with no dead corners and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
