It is an ideal device for extending the shelf life of materials through sterilization and cooling. The process can be customized to meet different user requirements for heating, sterilization, and heat preservation/cooling of various materials. It features various safety protection measures, fully automatic control, and stable and precise operation.

 

Equipment Features

1. Extremely wide viscosity range, suitable for operating environments with a pH value of 1-14, ideal for the aseptic production of fresh milk, pasteurized milk, yogurt, flavored milk, fruit juice, tea beverages, wine, ice cream, soy milk, dairy beverages, longevity milk, jam, and sauce products. Products treated by the sterilization system can maintain their quality or freshness for 3-6 months at room temperature (without adding any preservatives) under aseptic packaging, eliminating the need for a cold chain;

2. Fully automatic control with Siemens touchscreen PLC;

3. Instantaneous processing, preserving the original flavor of the product;

4. Precise and reliable sterilization temperature control, with strict automatic control of steam pressure, flow rate, and material flow rate;

5. Uniform heat treatment process with a heat recovery rate of up to 90%;

6. The pipe has no contact points or dead corners, preventing product adhesion. The corrugated pipe creates high turbulence during sterilization, providing a self-cleaning effect during material flow, thus minimizing scale and contamination.

7. Long continuous operating time and excellent CIP self-cleaning effect.

8. Made of 304/316L stainless steel, capable of withstanding high product pressure.

9. Processing capacity: 500L-10T/H

10. System safety: All system components are selected for their high performance and reliability. Steam, hot water, and materials all have pressure protection measures and alarm systems.

11. System reliability: Major components such as material pumps, hot water pumps, various valves, and electrical components and actuators in the control system are all world-renowned brands.

(1) 5℃→65℃ (homogenization)→137℃ (3-5S)→25℃, suitable for aseptic packaging; (2) 5℃→65℃ (homogenization)→115℃~125℃ (5-15S)→70℃, suitable for hot filling;
